Fantasy + Creative
Portrait Photography

Dream bigger. Get weird. Let's create something impossible!

What if you didn't have to step into someone else's story?

What if we created one that belonged entirely to you?

Fantasy photography is where we get to throw the rulebook out the window. Maybe you're a forest fae, a fire witch, a celestial dreamer, a battle-worn warrior, a creature from somewhere that doesn't exist—or maybe you have an idea that doesn't fit neatly into any of those boxes.

Good. I like weird.

These sessions are built around your imagination, your aesthetic, and the story you want to tell. I'll help you take the spark of an idea and turn it into something tangible, cinematic, and completely yours.

You don't need to know exactly how to make it happen. You don't need a Pinterest board with every detail figured out. You don't even need to consider yourself a "creative person."

Bring me the idea.

I'll help you build the world.

"But what kind of fantasy?"

🌿 Fae & Enchanted

Forest spirits, fairies, ethereal creatures, enchanted gardens, mossy magic.

🔥 Dark & Dangerous

Witches, demons, vampires, villains, monsters, dark fantasy, gothic

🌙 Celestial & Dreamy

Moonlight, stars, celestial beings, ethereal gowns, dreamy portraits, cosmic

⚔️ Heroes & Adventurers

Warriors, mages, rogues, knights, original characters, fantasy worlds.

🪄 Something Entirely Your Own

Have an idea that doesn't fit into a category?

Even better.

Already a Cosplayer? Let's Take It Further.

Let's build the world around your character.

Convention centers can be limiting when you're trying to fully immerse yourself in a fantasy world. These sessions are designed around intentional locations, creative sets, and cinematic enhancements. Whether we build the magic in camera, in post-production, or a little bit of both.

We can take an existing cosplay and create a fully styled, cinematic portrait session around it! OR use your favorite character as inspiration to create something entirely original. Think less "quick con photo" and more "this could be the cover of a fantasy novel."

And if you don't cosplay at all?

That's completely fine, too. This is my way of bringing that convention magic home to Kansas City (and beyond).

You don't need a specific character. We just need an idea.

I want to see where our collaborative creativity can take us!

How It Works

Bring Me the Spark

Maybe you have an elaborate concept in mind. Maybe you have three Pinterest photos and the sentence "I want to look like a swamp witch."

Both are valid. We'll figure out the rest together.

Build the World

We'll talk wardrobe, makeup, accessories, props, location, lighting, mood, colors, references, and all the delicious little details that make the concept feel like you.

I'll Take It From There

You don't have to know how to pose.

You don't have to know how to model.

You don't even have to know what to do with your hands.

I'll direct you through it all.

Become the Character

Then we make the thing.

The weird thing.

The beautiful thing.

The thing that made you say, "I wonder if we could actually do that?"

Yes. We probably can.

Creative sessions are custom-designed around your concept but if you'd rather hand me the reins, I'm always dreaming up new worlds of my own. If you want to step into one of them, I'd love to create it with you.

Either way, reach out and let's talk about what your soul is dreaming up.

Have an idea? Let's make it real.

You bring the weird idea.
I'll bring the camera, the direction, and probably way too many Pinterest boards.
